Select your apparel item and size using the form below. After submitting the form, you’ll be directed to our secure donation page to complete your gift. We’ll contact you when your apparel is ready for pickup at our Bethany Covenant Church site

- A 3-year pledge of $28+/month includes your choice of a hoodie or crewneck
To receive additional t-shirts, simply fill out the form again and make an additional gift—we’ll make sure all of your apparel is grouped together for pickup.
